SPEAKER BIO:

Back in July 2012, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court Comptroller’s Office hired Michelle Decker as the Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office.  In this new position, Michelle became responsible for establishing and leading an operational and cultural transformation that is still underway today.  Through this effort, they are driving organization collaboration on the identification, prioritization, and implementation and monitoring of clerk-wide initiatives.  These initiatives run the gamut from server upgrades to process automation to human capital transformation.

Prior to joining the Clerk’s Office, Michelle held several Director positions in the healthcare software industry, including Enterprise Program Management, Technical Support and Client Relations.  Prior to that, she worked in the telecommunications industry with AT&T and MCI/Intermedia.  It was during these years in the private sector that Michelle’s passion for governance, project management and business transformation grew.
